The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT):
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
A flat rate of 6,99 EUR is charged for orders below a shopping cart value of 100 EUR. Shipments above 100 EUR shopping cart value are free of charge.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
European member states receive free of charge shipping above a shopping cart value of 100 EUR. Below 100 EUR shopping cart value a flat rate of 6,99 EUR is applicable.
These are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Great Britain.
For all other countries as defined below, we charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
For shipping to Åland Islands (Finland), Andorra, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Faroe Islands (Denmark), Georgia, Gibraltar (Great Britain), Greenland (Denmark), Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland:
0-5kg = 30 USD
5-10kg = 40 USD
10-20kg = 80 USD
20-30kg = 100 USD
more than 30kg = 200 USD
For shipping to Algeria, Canada, Egypt, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestinian Territories and Tunisia:
0-5kg = 40 USD
5-10kg = 50 USD
10-20kg = 100 USD
20-30kg = 140 USD
more than 30kg = 250 USD
For all other countries:
0-5kg = 50 USD
5-10kg = 60 USD
10-20kg = 120 USD
20-30kg = 200 USD
more than 30kg = 300 USD
We are not servicing the following countries:
USA, Mexico, Turkey, Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Central Republic of Africa, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guniea, Falkland Islands, Guinea Bassau, Iran, Iraq, Kribati, North Korea, Mali, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nauro, Niue, Russia, St. Helena, St. Pierre, Sao Tome, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Ukraine, USA minoring Islands, Venezuela, Yemen
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 5- 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 – 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
